Pricing in Ontario typically ranges based on the type of sealer and the amount of preparation required. Standard penetrating sealers are generally more cost-effective, while decorative acrylics (like "Wet Look" for aggregate) require more material and precision. We provide transparent, flat-rate quotes so there are no surprises.

While the sealer may feel dry to the touch within a few hours, we recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours before driving a vehicle onto the surface. This allows the chemical bond to fully cure, preventing tire marks or "picking up" the sealer.

It can if the wrong product is used. For pool decks and high-traffic walkways, we always recommend adding a slip-resistant traction grit to our filming sealers. This provides a "sandpaper" texture that is invisible to the eye but provides essential grip when the surface is wet.

The "sweet spot" is between late May and early October. Concrete needs to be dry, and the temperature should ideally stay above 10°C (50°F) for the sealer to cure properly. We monitor the weather closely to ensure we have a clear 24-hour window without rain.

Yes. This is called "blushing," and it happens when moisture is trapped under a cheap or improperly applied sealer. We can often strip or "re-melt" the old sealer using professional-grade solvents to release the moisture and restore the clear finish.

Not necessarily. As long as your vehicles are moved off the driveway and your pets are indoors, our teams can complete the cleaning and sealing process independently. We provide digital updates and photos once the job is finished.

For residential concrete, two thin, uniform coats are significantly better than one thick coat. Two coats ensure even coverage and prevent "puddling" or bubbling, which often occurs when a contractor tries to rush the job with a single heavy application.

That flaking is called "spalling," usually caused by salt and water expanding inside the concrete. While sealing cannot reverse existing damage, it is the only way to stop it from spreading. Our penetrating sealers lock out the water and salt that cause this decay.

"Better" depends on your goal. A Wet Look sealer is an acrylic film that darkens the stone and adds shine, perfect for aggregate. A Natural sealer is a penetrating liquid that protects from the inside out without changing how the concrete looks. We help you choose based on your home's aesthetic.
